I reserve the right to decline any commission I'm not comfortable working on.

Be aware that the character's complexity and background may alter the final price.

I usually work on around 3 commissions at once for extra flexibility. If you have a hard deadline, a rush fee may be applied. (See the Deadlines and Delivery section)

You will receive Full Quality and Half Quality files of your commission. Additional formats, like crops or transparent versions can be requested without any extra fees.

Revisions are flexible, additional fees may be incurred in case of excessive requests

Full Upfront Payment or 50/50, half Before the Sketch and the other half Before receiving the files. (I'm able to provide better updates if you pay full upfront.)

Payment will be processed through Paypal Invoices or Wise.

Wise is preferred, as it has way better money conversion. But Paypal provide more protection, so it's up to you!

The following time stipulations consider a Full Body Commission as a baseline. Conclusion time may vary depending on the size of the project.

I usually work on around 3 commissions at once, so expect at least a week until it's delivered.

The usual TAT is 1-2 weeks. Heavily depends on complexity and on my schedule.

It's guaranteed that you will receive the completed commission within a month.

If you have a specific deadline, make sure to let me know. A rush fee may be applied (5% to 50%, may vary depending on my current schedule. Extreme deadlines may incur a higher fee.)

Personal Use is allowed. Content creation will also count as Personal Use unless you try to directly sell/merchandise or make content directly about the art.

I reserve the right to use the artwork for self-promotion. (If you need it to be held until a certain date, it's alright). If you want me to not share it at all, there will be a 50% NDA fee.

If you need a refund, it will be given a proportional percentage to the work done. (100% if it was not started, 70% if the sketch is done, and 30% if the lineart is done) There will be no refunds once the painting is completed. However, feel free to discuss it with me so we can reach an agreement if needed.

Discord is the preferred form of communication. Other socials or e-mail can be used if it's your preference.

I guarantee at least 3 big updates for each big stage (And also smaller ones for each revision) Sketch, Lineart and Painting. After approved, i'll proceed to the next stage.
